We enjoyed Chocobar Cortes for sweet cold treats! In new San Juan, we ate at Waikiki Restaurant & Oyster Bar and it was yum.

3. Visit El Yunque National Forest

For families who enjoy nature, El Yunque National Forest offers lush landscapes, waterfalls, and hiking trails suitable for all skill levels. Consider hiking to La Mina Falls, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural pool, making it a fun outing for the whole family.

We have stayed at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest, Beach and Golf Resort —make sure to eat at Roots Coastal Kitchen & we’ve stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan and had wonderful stays at both.
